Pharmacokinetics At properties putting gel on skin active agent quickly gets through epidermis, in 30 minutes it is found in a derma, and in 2 5 hours in hypodermic fatty tissue.
It is metabolized in a liver with formation of 2 metabolites. It is removed by kidneys and with bile (11% in not changed look) within a day.
The pharmacodynamics
Trokserutin possesses venomotor, angioprotektorny, antiedematous, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant action. Participates in an oxidizing vosstangovitelnykh processes, blocks hyaluronidase, stabilizes hyaluronic kilothat kletochsny covers and reduces permeability and fragility of capillaries, raises their tone. Increases density of a vascular wall, reduces exudation of a liquid part of plasma and emigration of blood cells.
Reduces inflammation in a vascular wall, limiting sticking to its surface of thrombocytes. Use both in initial, and in late stages of a disease is recommended to patients with chronic venous insufficiency. It is non-toxic, has the big width of therapeutic action.
Indications

Gel is applied outwardly.
Gel is applied in the morning and in the evening on area of defeat by means of the easy massing movements from below up to its full absorption in skin. If for any reasons use of drug is missed, the patient can put it at any time, observing an interval between two sessions of treatment of not less than 10-12 hours.
If necessary gel can be applied under bandage or elastic stockings.
Duration of treatment is defined before total disappearance of hypostases and other symptoms.

The overdose
