Pharmacokinetics Heparin properties quickly gets into skin and collects in a corneal layer of skin, thus, has exclusively local effect. Allantoin and dekspantenol promote faster release of heparin and the accelerated and good penetration into deep skin layers.

Indications

prevention and treatment of thromboses, thrombophlebitises, varicosity, prevaricose syndrome, postflebitichesky syndrome

local disturbance of blood circulation, sports and other injuries (hematoma, shift, stretching), tendovaginitis, bursitis, inflammatory infiltrates

Route of administration and doses
Outwardly. Treatment is recommended to begin with the drug Tromboshtad®, cream (500 ME + 4 mg + 3 mg) whereas to apply Tromboshtad®, cream (300 ME + 4 mg + 3 mg) to continuation of treatment and prevention.
Cream apply to the struck area and also on surrounding sites skin, 2-3 times a day and accurately rub. In phlebitis drug is not rubbed in skin, and apply on an affected area with a layer 1-2 mm and covered with an occlusive or elastic bandage. In trophic ulcers cream is applied in the form of a ring around ulcer defect. Course of treatment of 10 – 14 days. The possibility of carrying out longer course of treatment is defined by the doctor.
