active agents: heparin sodium 300 ME or 500 ME
allantoin of 2.5 mg
dekspantenol 2.5 mg,
excipients: dinatrium edetat, oil lemon radio, isopropyl alcohol, carbomer 940, Pine silvestris oil (pines ordinary), Dwarf pine oil (dwarfish pine), left menthol, polysorbate 80, a macrogoal 6 glitserol kaprilokaprat, sorbitol liquid (uncrystallizable), trolamin, the water purified.

the Pharmacological

Pharmacokinetics Heparin properties gets into skin and collects in a corneal layer of skin, thus, has local effect. Allantoin and dekspantenol promote release of heparin and penetration into deep skin layers.
A pharmacodynamics
the Combined drug for topical administration.
Heparin – anticoagulant of direct action. Prevents coagulation and, thereby, formation of blood clot in the vascular system. Has local effect.
Allantoin and dekspantenol improve epithelization, granulation and angenesis.
Essential oils, have antiseptic action, and together with high content of water in drug they cause a pleasant feeling of cooling which can have positive effect at an acute inflammation, in a type of the calming action and subjective simplification.

Indications

prevention and treatment of thrombophlebitises, prevaricose syndrome, postflebitichesky syndrome, trophic ulcer

local disturbance of blood circulation, sports and other injuries (hematoma, dislocation, stretching), tendovaginitis, bursitis

Route of administration and doses
Outwardly. Treatment is recommended to begin with the drug Tromboshtad®, gel (500 ME + 2.5 mg + 2.5 mg) whereas to apply Tromboshtad®, gel (300 ME + 2.5 mg + 2.5 mg) to continuation of treatment and prevention.
Gel apply to the struck area and also on surrounding sites skin, 2-3 times a day and accurately rub. In phlebitis drug is not rubbed in skin, and apply on an affected area with a layer 1-2 mm and covered with an occlusive or elastic bandage.
