The pharmacodynamics
Tonzilotren is complex homeopathic medicine, is Tonzilotren’s part five components which supplement each other for maintenance of an organism in the course of self-recovery and for relief of symptoms, such as pain, reddening and difficulties when swallowing.
Atropinum sulfuricum develops the effect completely in an initial phase of fever, it is applied at the states which are characterized by existence of bright reddening of a mucous membrane of a throat with presence of feeling of heat at it and also in the presence of difficulties when swallowing with noted continuous deterioration in swallowing. Mercurius bijodatus especially is suitable for reduction of hypertrophied nasopharyngeal tonsils and also for decrease in infiltration of nodes of a neck. Hepar sulfuris has positive impact at constant and recurrent inflammations and also in the sharp and pricking pain extending to area of ears. Continuous difficulties when swallowing and the increased tonsils and polyps are sensitive to Kalium bichromicum. Silicea accelerates process removal of inflammation and reduces susceptibility of the patient to infections by immunopromoting effect. In general, Tonzilotren is effective at treatment of all phases of inflammation for the first complaints before treatment of chronically recurrent processes.
Indications
– an acute, adenoid disease
– after surgical removal of tonsils (tonsilectomy).
The route of administration and doses
in the absence of other instructions Tonzilotren apply as follows:
In acute tonsillitis: children from 6 to 11 years – on 1 tablet every two hours (but no more than 6 tablets a day) during the first 1-2 days before improvement, then – on 1 tablet 3 times a day.
Adults and children from 12 years receive on 1 tablet in each hour (but no more than 12 tablets a day) during the first 1-2 days before improvement, then – 1-2 tablets 3 times a day.
The course of treatment is recommended no more than 10 days.
In case of lack of improvement after the first 2 days of treatment or emergence of new symptoms of a disease (for example, fever is above 38 °C), the patient shall consult with the doctor.
In an adenoid disease: children from 6 to 12 years receive on 1 tablet 3 times a day, and adults and children are more senior than 12 years – on 1-2 tablets 3 times a day. Treatment is recommended to be continued within 6-8 weeks.
A pill should be taken for half an hour to or in half an hour after a meal, allowing them to be dissolved slowly in a mouth.
Side effects
– the strengthened salivation. In such cases it is recommended to lower a dose or to stop administration of drug.
– hypersensitivity reactions are possible (for example, skin rash).
Contraindications
– hypersensitivity to active and auxiliary components of drug (for example, to chrome, mercury and the ave.)
– hyperfunction of a thyroid gland (hyperthyroidism)
– children’s age up to 6 years
Medicinal interactions
Interaction with medicines is not revealed. Intake of this homeopathic medicine does not exclude treatment by other medicines.
In case of intake of other drugs, including OTC medicines, it is recommended to consult with the doctor.
Special instructions
Patients with rare hereditary diseases (intolerance of fructose, a sprue of glucose and a galactose or sakharazo-izomaltazny insufficiency) should not take the drug.
At use of homeopathic medicines perhaps temporary primary deterioration. In this case it is necessary to stop administration of drug and to consult with the doctor.
Pregnancy and the period of a lactation
Tonzilotren’s Use during pregnancy and feeding by a breast perhaps only if the expected advantage for mother exceeds potential risk for a fruit and the child.
The feature of influence of medicine on ability to run the vehicle or potentially dangerous
Tonzilotren mechanisms does not influence ability to run vehicles and to work with mechanisms.

The form of release and packing
On 20 tablets place in blister strip packaging from a film of PVC and aluminum foil. On 3 blister strip packagings together with the instruction for medical use in the state and Russian languages put in a pack from cardboard.
