Structure

structure of a cover: titan dioxide (E171), calcium carbonate, kaolin, dye orange-yellow S (E 110), dye indigotin (E132) (sodium indigodisulfonat), sucrose.

Pharmacokinetics Later properties of intake trokserutin is quickly put from a digestive tract. The maximum concentration (Cmax) of a trokserutin in blood plasma is reached in 1 hour and makes 81.00 ± 2.94 ng/ml, the period of biological half-decay (T0.5) – 8, 73 ± 0.88 hour.
Linking with plasma proteins makes about 30%. It is metabolized in a liver to aglyukogonny forms mono – di – and trigidroksietilrutozid, glyukurinid and derivatives of arylacetic acid. Elimination half-life varies of 10 – 25 o’clock. About 25%, with bile – about 70% are allocated with urine.
Concentration of carboazochrome in blood plasma is found in 10 min. after use, average peak concentration in blood plasma (Cmax) makes 21.0 ±8.4 ng/ml, and time of achievement of peak of Tmax is 1.2±0.5 h. Elimination half-life T1/2, the average time of keeping (ATK) and the area under a curve of dependence of concentration from time from 2 h to 8 h makes 2.5 ± 0.9 h, 4.1 ± 1.1 h and 65.9 ±25.3 h ng/m, respectively.
The pharmacodynamics
the Optimum combination of the making components of a trokserutin and carboazochrome causes high pharmacological efficiency of drug that will allow to carry out purposefully treatment of vascular diseases and syndromes of bleeding at the increased weakness of capillaries.
Trokserutin possesses P – vitamin activity, shows the significant angioprotektorny properties, restores the broken permeability of capillary vessels, reduces fragility of capillaries, provides their elasticity, elasticity and resistance to traumatic damages.
The pharmacological effect of drug causes strengthening of effect of the vitamin C performing protective function of permeability of a membrane and suppression of a gialuron who, being activated, produces hyaluronic acid – the mucopolysaccharide which is responsible for density of walls of vessels. Besides, decrease release of a histamine, substance vasodilating and causing hypostasis is observed.
Karbazokhr – orthoquinone, a product of oxidation of adrenaline without sympathomimetic activity because of an otsustviye of minor amine group and group about – biphenol. Vasoconstrictive local action on small vessels of the bleeding zone influences reduction of duration of bleeding. This phenomenon occurs without increase in arterial blood pressure and influence on warm activity. It is revealed that carboazochrome explicitly influences durability and permeability of capillaries and also a tone and the reducing force of vessels.

Route of administration nodes and doses
Accept disturbance at chronic venous insufficiency (dermatitis, trophic ulcers) inside at meal time.
In an initiation of treatment accept on 1 tablet 2-3 times a day. Painful symptoms usually pass through 2 weeks. It is recommended to support this dosage before total disappearance of symptoms.
The supporting treatment: on 1 tablet a day within 3-4 weeks.
The daily dose makes 600 mg (on 1 tablet 2 times a day).
The maximum daily dose makes 900 mg (on 1 tablet 3 times a day).
