Structure
One tablet contains:
active agent: antibodies to mozgospetsifichesky protein S-100 affinely cleaned: mix of homeopathic dilutions C12, C30 and C50 – 0.003 g,
excipients: lactose, cellulose microcrystalline, magnesium stearate.
The description
of the Tablet of a ploskotsilindrichesky form, with risky and a facet, from white till almost white color. On the flat party from risky the inscription MATERIA MEDICA is put, on other flat party the inscription TENOTEN KID is put.

The pharmacodynamics
Drug renders anxiolytic, nootropic, a stress – tire-tread, anti-asthenic, anti-amnestic, anti-hypoxemic, neurotyre-tread, antidepressive action. Modifies functional activity of protein S-100 which is carrying out interface of synoptic (information) and metabolic processes in a brain. Having GAMK-mimetichesky and neurotrophic effect, the stress – the limiting systems increases activity, promotes restoration of processes of neuronalny plasticity. Inhibits processes of peroxide oxidation of lipids. In the conditions of intoxication, a hypoxia, at states after ischemia of a brain has neurotyre-tread effect, limits a zone of damage and promotes restoration of the central nervous system functions. Normalizes the broken processes of activation and braking in central nervous system. Improves memory and attention. Does not cause sedative, miorelaksantny, cholinolytic action.
Indications
– the neurotic and neurosis-like disorders including connected with stressful situations with manifestations of alarm, decrease in mood
– the moderate functional and organic lesions of central nervous system which are followed by instability of an emotional background, irritability, apathy, decrease in memory, increased fatigue, attention disorder, vegetative or motive disturbances.
The route of administration and doses
to Children are more senior than 3 years on one reception – 1 tablet (to hold in a mouth before full dissolution), outside the context of meal. If necessary the tablet can be dissolved previously in a small amount of boiled water of room temperature.
Depending on weight of a state to accept on 1 tablet 1-3 times a day during – 1-3 months. If necessary the course of treatment can be prolonged up to 6 months or to repeat in 1-2 months.
