Structure
1 ml of drug contains
active agents: dextran of 70 1,0 mg, hydroksipropilmetiltsellyuloza of 3.0 mg,
excipients: polikvaternium-1, dinatrium pyroborate decahydrate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, acid chlorohydrogen and/or sodium hydroxide (for correction rn), the water purified.

Hydroksipropilmetiltsellyuloza has the high molecular weight (86,000 Dalton) owing to what her absorption is very complicated. Hydroksipropilmetiltsellyuloza is accepted by metabolic inert material.
Polikvaternium-1 it is polymeric material with a high molecular weight (4 600 11 000 Dalton) with a high density and thereof it is not absorbed.
A pharmacodynamics
the Drug Tear natural the II drops eye, contain a dextran 70 and to a hydroksipropilmetiltsellyuloz the DUASORB water-soluble polymeric system which mixes up with the existing plaintive components and provides wetting of a cornea.
The drug Tear natural the II drops eye increases stability of a plaintive film by physiological mixing that provides natural greasing of a cornea. It creates long-term keeping of a plaintive film on a cornea, even taking into account that the drug Tear natural the II drop eye has no high viscosity.
Indications
it Is applied to temporary relief of burning and irritation of eyes owing to its dryness and also as the protectant from further irritation. For temporary relief of the discomfort caused by small irritation of eyes, impact on it of wind or the sun or during the long work on the computer.
The disturbances caused by xerophthalmus and also for treatment and relief of symptoms connected with the following states:
– the simple keratoconjunctivitis
– Sjgren syndrome
to Dig in the Route of administration and doses on 1 or 2 drops in the injured eye(s) as required. Duration of treatment is defined by the attending physician.
At combined use with other local ophthalmologic drugs, it is necessary to observe an interval between use of drugs of about 10-15 minutes.

Medicinal interactions

At use more than one local ophthalmologic drug, drugs have to be used with an interval not less than 5 minutes.

When using drug at children and teenagers and also at patients with a renal and liver failure the need of regulation of a dosage is absent.
Pregnancy and the period of a lactation
Components of drug Dextran 70 and a gipromelloz influence protective properties of a surface of an eye and have no pharmacological activity. These components practically do not get into a system blood stream. The drug Tear natural the II drops eye can be used in the period of a pregnancy/lactation if the efficiency of treatment exceeds potential risk for the fruit/baby.
Features of influence of medicine on ability to run the vehicle or potentially dangerous mechanisms
As well as in a case with other eye drops, after burying the temporary ambiguity of sight or other visual concerns is possible that it can negatively affect ability to drive the car or other potentially dangerous mechanisms. In this case it is necessary to wait some time before complete recovery of sight.
Overdose
