Structure
of 5 ml of suspension contain
active agent – paracetamol of 120 mg,
excipients: aluminum magnesium silicate (talc), avitset PC 591, sodium carboxymethylcellulose 7 HOF, the sugar refined, glycerin, sorbitol of 70%, citric acid monohydrate, sodium methylparaben, sodium propylparaben, essence crimson, the water purified.

Pharmacokinetics At properties oral administration, active ingredient is quickly and completely soaked up from digestive tract. The maximum concentration of drug in blood plasma is observed in 10 – 60 minutes. Paracetamol is widely distributed in fabrics and generally in fluid mediums of an organism, except for fatty tissue and cerebrospinal fluid. Linking with proteins makes less than 10% and slightly increases at overdose. Elimination half-life makes 1.25 – 3 hours, patients with cirrhosis have a removal period slightly more. It is metabolized in a liver by means of a microsomal and fermental system. About 85% of orally appointed dose of paracetamol are removed with urine in a free and connected look in 24 hours.
The pharmacodynamics
Paracetamol is analgetic-antipyretic. It has anesthetic and febrifugal effect, the mechanism of action is connected with inhibition of synthesis of prostaglandins, primary influence on the center of thermal control in a hypothalamus.

take the Drug inside. Use for children from 2 to 3 months only on doctor’s orders is possible.
Before the use the contents of a bottle should be shaken up well.
The measured spoon enclosed in packing allows to dose correctly and rationally drug.
The dose of drug depends on age and the body weight of the child.
For children the single dose of 10 – 15 mg/kg of body weight, 3-4 times a day is more senior than 3 months, the maximum daily dose makes no more than 60 mg/kg of body weight. If necessary give to the child the recommended dose each 4-6 hours, but no more than 4 doses within 24 hours.
In all other cases before Taylol’s reception ® consultation of the doctor is necessary.

Medicinal interactions
At simultaneous use of drug:
– with barbiturates, anticonvulsants, rifampicin, alcohol the risk of hepatotoxic action considerably increases
– with Metoclopramidum, increase in absorption of paracetamol
– with probenetsidy – possibly change of excretion and concentration of paracetamol in blood plasma is possible
– with coumarin derivatives perhaps development of a small prothrombinopenia
At use of Colestyraminum during the period of less than 1 hour after intake of paracetamol is possible reduction of absorption of the last.

Special instructions
it is not necessary to take the Drug along with others paracetamol the containing drugs.
Patients with hepatic, renal, cardiac and pulmonary pathology, with anemia have to be under observation of the doctor in case of drug use.
Paracetamol can result in false positive results on 5-hydroxyindolacetsilt acid in urine.
Pregnancy and a lactation
When prescribing drug it is necessary to weigh carefully expected advantage for mother and potential risk for a fruit.

the Overdose
Symptoms does not influence: nausea, vomiting, an abdominal pain, a methemoglobinemia, cyanosis of skin and nail plates, in hard cases – excitement, and then oppression of the central nervous system, a stupor, a hypothermia, a tachypnea, a cardiopalmus, low arterial blood pressure, a circulatory unefficiency, a coma, hepatitis, jaundice, a passing azotemia, renal canalicular necrosis, a hypoglycemia, a metabolic acidosis and wet brain.
Treatment: at suspicion on overdose, the patient has to be immediately hospitalized. Symptomatic treatment.
If medicine was taken recently, it is necessary to cause vomiting, to wash out a stomach. Use as Acetylcysteinum antidote no later than 16 hours is recommended. It is not necessary to apply activated carbon and depletive as they reduce absorbability of Acetylcysteinum accepted inside. It is necessary to restore water and electrolytic balance and to carry out correction of a hypoglycemia, at its existence. In case of development of a renal and liver failure it is necessary to continue treatment before normalization of laboratory indicators. Carrying out hemodialysis.
