Structure
1 ml of drug contains
active agents: dextran of 70 1 mg, gipromelloza of 3 mg,
excipients: a benzalkoniya chloride, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium pyroborate, solution of sodium of hydroxide or acid chlorohydrogen, water for injections.

Slezol does not get into a system blood stream, is intended for topical administration.
A pharmacodynamics
Means for topical administration in ophthalmology. Gipromelloza is a cornea epithelium protector, has the greasing and softening effect, has high viscosity that increases duration of contact of solution with a cornea. Index of refraction of solution is similar to natural tears. Promotes restoration, stability and reproduction of optical characteristics of a plaintive film. Slezol Forte contains a dextran which in combination with natural plaintive liquid of an eye increases stability of a plaintive film. Drug fills shortage of plaintive liquid and improves moistening of a cornea.
Indications
– a syndrome of a dry eye
– simplification of a corneal syndrome (including discomfort, burning, feeling of a foreign body)
the Route of administration and doses
Only for topical administration.
Drug is dug in on 1 – 2 drops in a conjunctival sac of the affected eye (eyes) as required.
In the absence of effect within 3 days of an initiation of treatment the use of drug should be stopped.
Not to touch with a dropper tip the eyelid or an eye.
Side effects
– allergic reactions
– misting of sight, temporary irritation (hyperaemia)

– hypersensitivity to one of drug components.
Medicinal interactions
At simultaneous use of other local ophthalmologic means the interval between instillations has to be not less than 10 – 15 minutes.
The special
instructions Drug the benzalkoniya contains chloride which can cause irritation of an eye and discoloration of soft contact lenses. To patients, using contact lenses, it is necessary to remove them before burying drug and to establish back in 15 min. after drug use.
Use of drug should be stopped at emergence of any signs of hypersensitivity.
Use in pediatrics
Because of contents as a part of drug a benzalkoniya of chloride is not used at children up to 8 years.
Pregnancy and the period of a lactation
of Adequate and controlled researches at pregnant women and nursing mothers it was not seen off.
Features of influence of medicine on ability to manage transporty means or potentially dangerous mechanisms
Right after instillation the illegibility of visual perception is possible that it can entail difficulties in driving or during the work with mechanisms. It is recommended to get to work 15 minutes later after instillation.
Overdose
of Data on cases of overdose there is no drug Slezol Forte.
The form of release and packing
On 15 ml of drug place in a plastic bottle with a stopper dropper and the screwing-up protective cap supplied with a safety ring.
On 1 bottle together with the instruction for medical use in the state and Russian languages put in a cardboard box.
To Store storage conditions at a temperature not above 25 °C.
To store out of children’s reach!
