Rolinoz – a selection blocker of peripheral histamine H1 of receptors, Hydroxyzinum metabolite, has antihistaminic, antiallergic effect. Prevents development and facilitates a course of allergic reactions, possesses antipruritic and anti-exudative action.
Influences an early stage of allergic reactions and also reduces migration of cells of inflammation, discharge of the mediators participating in late allergic reaction oppresses. Reduces permeability of capillaries, prevents edematization of fabrics, removes a spasm of smooth muscles.
Eliminates skin reaction to removal of a histamine, offending allergens and also to cooling (in the Cold urticaria). Reduces a gistaminoinduitsirovanny bronkhokostruktion in bronchial asthma of an easy course.
Practically has no sedation at use in the recommended doses and has practically no anticholinergic and antiserotoninovy effect.

Indications
– year-round and seasonal allergic rhinitis (as
symptomatic therapy)

– bronchial asthma as a part of complex therapy

Rolinoz accept the Route of administration and doses inside, irrespective of meal, washing down with enough liquid.
Children aged from 6 up to 12 years: appoint in a dose 10 mg (on 1 tablet) 1 time a day or 5 mg (½ tablets) in the morning and in the evening.
To adults and teenagers 12 years are more senior appoint in a daily dose 10 mg (on 1 tablet).
At patients of advanced age (on condition of normal function of kidneys) Rolinoz’s dose should not be reduced.
At patients with a moderate or heavy renal failure the dose of drug is recommended to be lowered twice.
Duration of treatment is defined by the doctor individually depending on a clinical condition of the patient.

Side effects

Medicinal interactions
When studying medicinal interaction at repeated combined use of Rolinoz with pseudoephedrine, ketokonazoly, erythromycin, azithromycin, Cimetidinum, diazepam of clinically significant changes of concentration of a tsetirizin in plasma it is not revealed.
Data on interaction of a tsetirizin with alcohol are not obtained so far, despite it, consumption of alcoholic drinks during treatment tsetiriziny is not recommended.

Special instructions
At development of reaction of hypersensitivity Rolinoz’s treatment should be stopped.
At patients with a renal failure, in connection with the slowed-down substance removal, drug can kumulirovat. When assigning to such patients of Rolinoz in usual recommended for adult doses, the side effects connected with holinoblokiruyushchy action and influence on the central nervous system can be noted. At these patients Rolinoz’s dose is recommended to be lowered.
At patients of advanced age the risk of development of holinoblokiruyushchy effects of drug increases (dryness in a mouth, an ischuria). When strengthening such symptoms the treatment by Rolinoz should be stopped. Expressed the holinoblokiruyushchy or oppressing influence on the central nervous system at Rolinoz’s appointment in usual doses, as a rule, does not arise. Nevertheless, the risk of accumulation of a tsetirizin increases (perhaps, in connection with the progressing reduction of function of kidneys at elderly patients).
Rolinoz’s treatment should be stopped in 3 days prior to carrying out Prik-testa – (alergotest a skin scratch) for the purpose of prevention of distortion of reaction.
Consumption of alcoholic drinks during treatment by Rolinoz categorically contraindicated.
The feature of influence of medicine on ability to run the vehicle or potentially dangerous mechanisms
Should be careful during treatment at the driving and performance of work demanding the high speed of psychomotor reactions.

Overdose
Symptoms: strengthening of side reactions.
Treatment: gastric lavage with the subsequent intake of activated carbon, if necessary – symptomatic therapy. The hemodialysis is inefficient. The efficiency of peritoneal dialysis is not established.

On 10 tablets pack into blister strip packaging from PVC of a film and aluminum foil.
On 2 blister strip packagings with the instruction for use in the Russian and state languages place in a cardboard pack.
