The instruction for medical use of RINOFLUIMUTsIL medicine the Trade name Rinofluimutsil Mezhdunarodnoye the unlicensed name Is not present the Dosage form Spray of nasal, 10 ml Structure 100 ml of solution contain active agents: Acetylcysteinum of 1 g, tuaminogeptan sulfate of 0.5 g, excipients: a benzalkoniya chloride, a gipromelloza, dinatrium edetat, sodium dihydrophosphate monohydrate, sodium hydrophosphate dodecahydrate, ditiotreitol, sorbitol liquid, fragrance mint, ethanol of 96%, sodium hydroxide, water purified. The description Transparent, almost colourless liquid with a characteristic mint smell Pharmacotherapeutic group of Antikongestanta and other nasal drugs for topical administration. Sympathomimetics in a combination with other drugs (excepting corticosteroids). The pharmacodynamics Rinofluimutsil possesses mucolytic and vasoconstrictive actions. Acetylcysteinum has the mucolytic activity caused by action of active sulfhydryl group which splitting disulfide bridges in mucoproteins, has the diluting effect on nasopharyngeal discharges. Tuaminogeptana sulfate – sympathomimetic amine which at topical administration has vasoconstrictive effect without the significant system effects. These two components working in synergism, eliminates hypostasis and hyperaemia of a mucous membrane. Indications – acute and subacute rhinitis with dense hardly separated it is purulent – a mucous secret – chronic rhinitis and rhinitis with formation of crusts on mucous a nose – vasomotorial rhinitis – sinusitis the Route of administration and doses the Adult: on 2 doses (2 pressing the valve) in each nasal course 3-4 times a day. To activate the spray repeated pressing Side effects Frequency is unknown: – hypersensitivity – alarm, hallucinations, nonsense – a headache, concern, excitement, insomnia – heartbeat, tachycardia, arrhythmia – arterial hypertension – dryness in nasal cavities, discomfort in nasal cavities, congestion of a nose – nausea – urticaria, skin rash – an urination delay – irritability, tolerance to effect of drug (accustoming) – the Contraindication bronchospasm – hypersensitivity to any component of drug – cardiovascular diseases, including arterial hypertension – a pheochromocytoma – closed-angle glaucoma – simultaneous use of other sympathomimetic means, including other dekongenstant applied intranazalno – drug should not be used during treatment and within 2 weeks after the end of treatment by monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAO), including the MAO reversible inhibitors – removal of a hypophysis or the undergone operations with access to a firm meninx – children up to 6 years Medicinal interactions Despite low extent of system absorption of a tuaminogeptan at intranasal use, it is necessary to take the following potential interactions into account: MAO inhibitors, including reversible – increase risk of hypertensive crisis. Antihypertensive drugs (including blockers of adrenergic neurons and β-blockers) – can interfere with hypotensive action. Cardiac glycosides – can increase risk of arrhythmias. Ergot alkaloids – can increase risk of an ergotism. Protivoparkinsonichesky means – can increase risk of cardiovascular toxicity. Oxytocin – can increase risk of arterial hypertension. Special instructions Only for nasal use. To apply with care at: – occlusive diseases of vessels – diabetes – a hyper thyroidism – increase in a prostate (can strengthen difficulty at urination) – intake of β-adrenoblockers. Prolonged use of drug can cause congestion of a nose after drug withdrawal and medicamentous rhinitis. Not to allow hit in eyes. Pregnancy and the period of a lactation is not recommended to use drug during pregnancy. In the period of a lactation it is necessary to stop breastfeeding of the baby. The feature of influence of medicine on ability to run the vehicle or potentially dangerous mechanisms does not influence. Overdose Symptoms: development of arterial hypertension, a photophobia, a severe headache, feeling of compression in a thorax and (at children) hypothermias with the significant oppression of consciousness is possible. Treatment: symptomatic. The form of release and packing of 10 ml of drug place in the bottles from dark glass supplied with the spraying device.
