Synergism of 15 active components various on the mechanism and orientation of medical influence allows to reach the prolonged action. Thermo-gel possesses local irritative, local anesthetic, the anti-inflammatory and warming action. Renders reflex, vasodilating effect. Thanks to local irritative effect of turpentine, blood circulation in the subject fabrics improves, and active components quickly achieve the goal. Trophic processes improve that is connected with complex influence of physiologically active agents which are its part. Thermo-gel decreases formation of the superoxidic radicals and enzymes (collagenoses and phospholipases) damaging cartilaginous tissue the permeability of the articulate capsule increases, enzymatic processes in cells of a synovial membrane and an articulate cartilage are restored. At systematic use the synthesis of proteoglycans and collagen is stimulated, than progressing of degenerative processes in joints, a backbone and adjacent soft tissues is interfered.

Peppermint extract – Contains essential oil (2-3%) which part menthol, pinene, limonene, phellandrene, cineole and other terpenoids is. At external use irritates thermoreceptors of mucous membranes and skin that leads to feeling of cooling which is followed by reflex vasoconstriction then the effect of a warming up develops.
Turpentine (terpentinovy oil) – Getting on skin, causes reddening, burning sensation, possesses the anesthetizing action. It is applied to treatment of numerous diseases of the musculoskeletal system and also the nervous system leading to restriction of physical activity (arthritis, an osteoarthrosis, Bekhterev’s disease, results of the suffered injuries of a head and spinal cord, strokes and muscular pain, a lumbago).
Methyl salicylate – Derivative salicylic acid, belongs to group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, has anti-inflammatory, analgeziruyushchy action. It not selectively inhibits cyclooxygenase, reduces synthesis of prostaglandins. Normalizes hyperpermeability of capillaries, improves microcirculation processes, reduces hypostasis and infiltration of the inflamed fabrics. Well gets through skin, has the anti-inflammatory and anesthetizing effect.
Camphor – inhibits aggregation of thrombocytes, in communication with what it is recommended for use for microcirculation improvement. Protivo zudny effect of camphor, is connected with the fact that it, as well as menthol, selectively activates cold receptors. Burdock extract-. The burdock is rich with such microelements as copper, titanium, boron, manganese, strontium, zinc, tin, vanadium and iron in an organic form. The rich structure of a burdock causes its properties at prevention of joint pains.
Extract take a nap – Contains essential oil (which part also β-pinene, carene, terpineol, limonene and other terpenoids are α), tannins, bitter substance pinitsikrin, carotene, ascorbic acid, methyl derivatives of flavonoids. Thanks to the rich structure it is widely applied to preparation of ointments, linimentums, plasters.
Panthenol – Increase in need for this substance is observed at damages of integuments or other soft tissues of a body, locally at disturbances of integrity of integuments, owing to mechanical damages or surgical interventions, in burns of various origin, in inflammations of the skin and also for processing of dry skin.
Zhivokost extract – the Most valuable properties of roots of a plant are ranozazhivlyayushche and anti-inflammatory effects that causes ability to strengthen processes of restoration in fabrics.
Extract of a sabelnik marsh – has anti-inflammatory, soothing properties. Sabelnik forms and supports structure of cartilaginous tissue, provides it durability and elasticity, restores composition of synovial fluid and removes inflammation.
Pine oil – Has the deodorizing, antiseptic, disinfecting, anti-inflammatory, irritating, sudorific, tonic, all-stimulating, kortizonopodobny properties. Oil activates blood circulation and at the expense of the warming action, facilitates a condition of patients with rheumatism, gout, a sciatica and artriy. Weakens muscular pains, returns mobility to extremities. Promotes removal of toxins through skin, eliminates rash of neuroendocrinal character, promotes healing of cuts, abirritation.
Lavender oil – possesses antiseptic, anti-spastic, soothing, the antirheumatic, anticonvulsant, sedative, stimulating, tonic, soothing, fitotsidny action. It is applied to grinding of sore points in neuralgia, articulate rheumatism.
Thyme oil – is applied, in joint pains, miozita, neuritis. Has the anti-inflammatory, spasmolytic, anesthetizing properties, has the regenerating, kroveostonavlivayushchy and antiseptic effect.
Juniper oil – Oil contains α-pinene, camphene, kadinen, dipepten, α-terpineol, terpinelen, baras camphor, isobaras camphor, a uniperkamfor, carbohydrates, yunen. It is applied outwardly in the rheumatic hypostases and hypostases which are followed by a pain syndrome.
Use: Drug is applied 2-3 times a day with a thin layer on the respective sites of skin. It is not recommended to use under an occlusive film, it is not necessary to allow hits on a surface of open wounds.
