Thiazide diuretics reduce calcium excretion. Due to the increased risk of development of a hypercalcemia, it is regularly necessary to control calcium level in blood at simultaneous use with thiazide diuretics. Special instructions Patients should ask for medical care if loss of weight is observed, difficulties when swallowing or constant discomfort in a stomach (possible changes in digestive tract), a renal failure (control of level of calcium in blood serum is necessary). At patients with diabetes to apply with care as Rennie contains sorbitol. Rennie should not use for treatment more than 10 days. It is not necessary to exceed the established dose (the dosage should not exceed 11 tablets a day) and if during treatment the symptoms remain or only partially pass, it is necessary to see a doctor. Rennie is not recommended to be accepted with a large number of milk and dairy products. Pregnancy and the period of a lactation not to exceed the recommended daily dose.
