Structure
of 5 ml of solution (1 stik) contain
active agent – an ivy of leaves of extract of dry 35 mg [(5-7.5): 1], excipients: potassium sorbate, citric acid anhydrous, sorbitol the solution of 70% crystallizing gum xanthane, Frescofort Flavour Permaseal fragrance, fragrance orange natural, menthol, water
Slightly muddy liquid of light brown color purified the Description with a fruit smell and taste of menthol

In clinical trial the broncholitic effect of drug was noted. Experiments on animals showed spasmolytic effect of drug.
It is supposed that the sekretolitichesky effect is caused by irritation of a mucous membrane of a stomach by reflex stimulation of mucous glands of bronchial tubes through touch parasympatolytic fibers.
Indications
– symptomatic treatment of chronic inflammatory diseases of bronchial tubes
– the acute inflammatory respiratory diseases which are followed by cough

Duration of treatment depends on character and weight of symptoms of a disease and is, as a rule, 7 days, even in case of easy inflammation of airways.
For achievement of lasting therapeutic effect 2-3 more days after improvement of a condition of the patient are recommended to continue treatment.
Maximum daily dose: to adults and children 12 years are more senior to apply no more than 3 times a day, children are 6-11 years old – no more than 2 times a day.
Side effects
Very seldom:
– allergic reactions such as asthma, hypostasis of mucous membranes, enanthesis, urticaria
– gastrointestinal disorders such as nausea, vomiting and diarrhea at patients with hypersensitivity.
Contraindications
– hypersensitivity to active agent or to any other component of drug
– children’s age up to 6 years
– pregnancy and the period of a lactation

Symptoms: reception of a large amount of drug (is three times more than a daily dose) can lead to nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.
