The pharmacodynamics
the Bacteriophage is a specific virus of a bacterium which is adsorbed on a cell membrane of a homological bacterium, gets into a cell and lyses it. Only virulent phages of bacteria are Pío’s part a bacteriophage liquid selection: Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus that provides high activity and efficiency of drug.
Indications
Treatment and prevention of the pyoinflammatory diseases caused by bacteria of Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus
– an infection of ENT organs and airways (inflammation of bosoms of a nose, middle ear, a tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, tracheitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, pleurisy)
– surgical infections (purulent wound, a burn, abscess, phlegmon, a furuncle, an anthrax, a hydroadenitis, a felon, a paraproctitis, mastitis, a bursitis, osteomyelitis)
– urogenital infections (an urethritis, cystitis, pyelonephritis, a colpitis, an endometritis, a salpingo-oophoritis)
– digestive tract infections (stomatitis, a periodontal disease,
cholecystitis, a coloenteritis, an intestinal dysbiosis)
– generalized septic diseases

the Important condition of successful use of drugs of bacteriophages is definition of a phagosensitivity of the activator and earlier drug use. Drug in an initial stage of a disease is especially effective and at use directly in the defeat center.
Pío a bacteriophage liquid is appointed for intake (through a mouth, in the form of enemas), locally (in the form of rinsings, irrigations, lotions), for introduction to a cavity (a wound, abscess, belly, pleural cavities, phlegmon, a nose, bosoms of a nose, a middle ear, a bladder, a uterus, a vagina).
For treatment of gnoino-vospolitelny diseases with lokalnyy defeats of Pío the bacteriophage liquid is appointed at the same time: as locally, so for intake (per os). Duration of a course of treatment drug from 5 to 10 days.
The dosage is defined individually, depending on the sizes of an affected area. The drug is administered in a center cavity after removal of pus by means of a puncture. The amount of the administered drug has to be slightly less than the volume of remote pus.
In the next days, the drug in the infected cavity, by means of a drainage is administered.
The procedure is carried out once a day, within 3-5 days.
& middot, In cystitis, pyelonephritises, uretrita the drug is taken inside.
In case the cavity of a bladder or a renal pelvis are trained, the bacteriophage is entered by 2 times a day on 20-30 ml into a bladder and on 5-10 ml in a renal pelvis,
& middot, In pyoinflammatory gynecologic diseases the drug is administered in a cavity of a vagina, a uterus, in a dose of 5-10 ml daily, once.
& middot, In pyoinflammatory diseases of an ear, throat, a nose the drug is administered in a dose of 2-10 ml 1-3 times a day. The bacteriophage is used for rinsing, by washings, burying, introductions of the moistened turundas (leaving them for 1 hour). For treatment of purulent Tonsillitis drug is used for rinsing and is appointed also, per so, at the same time.
& middot, At treatment of stomatitises and chronic generalized parodontit drug is used in the form of rinsings of an oral cavity 3-4 times a day in a dose of 10-20 ml and also to be entered into the parodontalny pockets of a turunda impregnated piobakteriofagy for 5-10 minutes.
& middot, At intestinal forms of a disease, diseases of internals, dysbacteriosis, Pío a bacteriophage liquid is applied through a mouth and in an enema.
Drug is allowed to drink on an empty stomach, in 1 hour prior to food.
In the form of enemas it is appointed 1 time a day, in the evening, before going to bed, after bowel emptying.

The note
In case before use of drug of Pío of a bacteriophage chemical antiseptic agents were applied to treatment of wounds, the wound has to be carefully washed sterile 0.9% with chloride sodium solution.
Side effects
Drugs of bacteriophages are non-toxic. The undesirable effects and reactions connected with Pío’s use a bacteriophage liquid are noted.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any component of contents of a bottle of drug.
Medicinal interactions
Interaction with other medicines of drugs of bacteriophages is not established. Pío a bacteriophage liquid can be applied with other medicines including with antibacterial drugs.
Drug not to apply special instructions At turbidity!
Owing to the content in drug of nutrient medium in which bacteria from the environment can develop, causing drug turbidity, it is necessary to follow the following rules when opening a bottle:
– to carefully wash hands,
– to process a cap alcohol-containing solution,
– to remove a cap, without opening a stopper,
– not to put a stopper an internal surface on a table or other objects,
– not to leave a bottle open,
– to store the opened bottle only in the fridge.
When using small doses (2-8 drops), drug needs to be selected the sterile syringe of 0.5-1 ml.
Drug from the opened bottle at observance of storage conditions, above-mentioned rules and lack of turbidity can be used within 24 hours after opening, at storage in the corresponding conditions.
Pregnancy and the period of a lactation
Drugs of bacteriophages can be used during pregnancy and a lactation.
There is no feature of influence of medicine on ability to run the vehicle or potentially dangerous mechanisms Special instructions.
Overdose
Symptoms of overdose of drugs of bacteriophages are unknown.

On 20 ml in a bottle from medical glass, on 4 bottles together with the instruction for medical use in a box cardboard.
Storage conditions
Drug is stored at a temperature 2os – 25os in the dry place protected from light.
To store out of children’s reach.
Period of storage
2 years.
