Structure
100 g of paste contain
active agents: the condensed extract (1:1.3-1.6, alcohol of 45%) mixes: parsley of roots, a fenugreek of seeds, the mountaineer bird’s herbs, a wheat grass of rhizomes, a birch of leaves, a horsetail field herbs, a lyubistoka of roots, a goldenrod ordinary herbs, onion of a peel (7/6/6/5/4/4/4/2/2) – 67.2 g, a sage muscat oil – 1.0 g, a peppermint oil – 0.5 g, pines ordinary oil – 0.2 g, sweet orange oil – 0.15 g
excipients: glycerin of 99.5%, starch wheat, ethylparahydroxybenzoate (E 214), an agar, vanillin, water

the Pharmacological
Pharmacodynamics Combined properties drug of plant origin. Possesses anti-inflammatory, diuretic, spasmolytic and antimicrobic action. Diuretic action is caused by flavone derivatives, an inositol, saponins and silicates. The last also strengthen removal of uric acid at uratny deposits in kidneys, have ability of gradual dissolution of uratny deposits. Components of essential oil have bacteriostatic, bactericidal and anti-inflammatory effects, increase blood supply of renal fabrics and permeability of walls of capillaries that promotes increase in filtrational function of kidneys. Saponins reduce surface intention, lead to formation of protective colloids and emulsification of pathogenic components of urine, interfere with formation of uric sand and renal concrements.
The pharmacokinetics
According to the International convention (EMEAHMPWG11/99) when conducting clinical trials of drugs of plant origin is not required the isolated research of pharmacokinetic parameters.
Indications
– infectious and inflammatory diseases of urinary tract: pyelonephritis, cystitis, prostatitis, an urethritis
– prevention and treatment of an urolithiasis (prevention of crystallization of mineral components of urine)

Inside after a meal.
Adults
to dissolve 1 teaspoon of paste in 100 ml (½ glasses) of the warm sweetened boiled water. Apply on 1 Fitolizina® teaspoon (paste) 3-4 times a day.
Patients of advanced age
correction of a dose of drug is not required From patients of advanced age.
Patients with a renal failure
the Correction of a dose can be necessary for patients with a renal failure, depending on degree of a renal failure.
Фитолизин® it is contraindicated to patients with a renal failure.
Please, contact your doctor if you have a renal failure.
Patients with an abnormal liver function
of Fitolizin® it is contraindicated to patients with hepatitis and cholelithiasis.
Course of treatment: duration of therapy is defined by the doctor. The course of treatment averages from 2 weeks to 1.5 months (depending on the nature of a disease and efficiency of treatment). If necessary the course of treatment can be repeated.
During use of the drug Fitolizin® it is recommended to use a large amount of liquid.
At the admission of reception of the next dose
it is not necessary to accept a double dose to compensate the passed dose!
Side effects
– allergic reactions
– nausea
– a photosensitization (at hypersensitivity to ultraviolet rays).
At emergence of side effects it is necessary to cancel drug and to notify the attending physician.
If any of the side effects specified in the instruction are aggravated, or you noticed any other side effects which are not specified in the instruction, report about it to the doctor.

Due to the diuretic effect of drug it is necessary to consider a possibility of the accelerated removal of another, at the same time applied medicines.
Фитолизин® can strengthen action:
– anticoagulants, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs
– hypoglycemic medicines (the medicines
used for treatment of diabetes)
– the medicines containing lithium salts
– monoaminooxidase inhibitors (the medicines used
for treatment of a depression)
– to prolong effect of pentobarbital (somnolent medicine), aminopyrine and paracetamol (nonsteroid to the protivovospalitelena drugs).
Фитолизин® (vitamin E), cholesterol and medicines in a small intestine can reduce absorption of beta carotene, alpha tocopherol.
Please, tell the doctor if you accept or recently accepted any other medicines, including the drugs acquired without prescription.
Glycerin contains the special instructions Fitolizin® in quality of excipient. Can cause a headache, indigestion and diarrhea.
Фитолизин® contains also wheat starch. Wheat starch may contain gluten, but in insignificant quantity and therefore it is considered safe for patients with a Gee’s disease. Patients with an allergy to wheat (but not a Gee’s disease) should not take this drug.
Фитолизин® contains also ethylparahydroxybenzoate (E214) which can cause allergic reactions (perhaps slowed down type).
Фитолизин® contains alcohol in number of about 200 mg in a single dose that is equivalent to 5 ml of beer or 2 ml of wine. Need to consider the content of alcohol the patients having alcoholism, pregnant women and the feeding women, patients with diseases of a liver and epilepsy.
Precautionary measures at medical use
If pain, difficulty at urination, blood in urine develops, when strengthening symptoms or at appearance of the accompanying fever, it is necessary to see a doctor immediately.
Pregnancy and a lactation
the Drug Fitolizin® is not used at pregnancy and during breastfeeding.
The feature of influence of medicine on ability to run the vehicle or potentially dangerous mechanisms
is Still noted negative influence on ability to performance of potentially dangerous types of activity demanding the increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions (including driving and other vehicles, work with moving mechanisms, etc.). However it is necessary to consider the ethanol content in drug.
Overdose
So far about cases of overdose it was not reported.

On 100 g of drug place in tubas aluminum, varnished from within.
Each tuba together with the instruction for medical use in the state and Russian languages is placed in a pack from cardboard.
