Description

100 ml of the drug contains

• Active ingredient: racemic menthol 2.5 g; procaine hydrochloride (novocaine) 1.0 g; benzocaine (anesthesin) 1.0 g,
• Excipient – ethanol 70% up to 100.0 ml

Pharmacological properties

Combined preparation for external use. It has a local anesthetic effect. Menthol dilates the superficial vessels of the skin, causing a feeling of coolness, accompanied by an analgesic effect and thereby enhances the anesthetic effect of anesthesin and novocaine, relieves itching.

Indications for use

– neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia

– pruritic dermatoses

Dosage and administration

Outwardly. Painful areas of the skin are rubbed 2-3 times a day.

Apply as directed by a doctor. The course of treatment is 7-10 days.

Side effects

Local allergic reactions are possible: contact dermatitis, burning, tingling, itching, skin rash, urticaria, swelling.

With prolonged use are possible: dizziness, general weakness, lowering blood pressure.
