Pharmacokinetics As properties drug is a complex of biologically active agents
of plant origin, carrying out kinetic observations is not possible, all components cannot be tracked by means of markers or bioresearches.
A pharmacodynamics
the Combined vegetable drug. The components which are Liv.52 part in a complex render hepatoprotective, anti-toxic, anti-inflammatory, bile-expelling, antioxidant, disintoxication and anti-anorectic action.
Hepatoprotective action of Liv.52 is caused by antioxidant and membrane stabilizing properties of the components which are its part. Drug reduces degradation of cellular membranes, increases the level of production of antioxidants in a hepatocyte, in particular, of endogenous tokoferol that prevents further forming of the free radicals destroying its cover.
Anti-toxic action of Liv.52 is based on protection of an endoplasmic reticulum of hepatocytes against a degeneration. Drug increases activity of hepatic microsomal enzymatic systems, including, R-450 cytochrome. Liv.52 protects a liver parenchyma from influence of toxic substances and improves a functional condition of hepatocytes, removing inflammatory changes.
In a pretsirrotichesky phase drug delays development of a disease and interferes with further damage of tissue of liver.
Liv.52 stimulates biosynthesis of proteins, cholesterol and phospholipids with hepatocytes, reduces degenerative, fat and fibrous changes of cells, strengthens intracellular exchange.
Drug regulates the level of plasma blood proteins, normalizing a ratio albumine/globulin. Provides normalization of level of plasma transaminases, cholesterol, triglycerides, reducing manifestations of a dislipidemiya. Reduces indicators of bilirubin and alkaline phosphatase. Increases ability of a liver to deposition of a glycogen.
Liv.52 improves sokratitelny function of a gall bladder and has bile-expelling effect, resolves the cholestasia phenomena, improves colloidal properties of bile, prevents formation of gallstones.
Liv.52 enhances appetite, improves process of digestion and digestion of food, facilitates a passage of flatus from intestines.
Stimulates hemopoiesis process.
In intoxication caused by alcohol, Liv.52 reduces ethanol level in blood: increases activity of an atsetaldegidrogenaza that promotes decrease in level of ethyl aldehyde and accelerates its removal with urine. In an alcoholism interferes with infiltration of lipids in liver cells. Preventing the damaging effect of ethyl aldehyde on hepatocytes, Liv.52 reduces risk of development of a hungover syndrome, softly stimulates a diuresis, accelerates removal of alcohol from an organism.
Capers prickly contain thioglycosides, steroid saponins, Rutinum, ascorbic acid, meletin and render gepatostimuliruyushchy, hepatoprotective, diuretic, antiseptic, analgeziruyushchy action, improve appetite.
Chicory ordinary contains glycosides, fructose, levulose, sincaline, ascorbic acid, group B vitamins. Chicory stimulates appetite, improves activity of digestive organs, especially in gastritis, enteritis, colitis, shows gipoglikemiziruyushchy, gepaprotektorny action, is useful in cholecystitis (stimulates biliation), diseases of kidneys (diuretic action). Chicory exponentiates effect of capers.
The nightshade black contains glycoalkaloids, Rutinum, asparagine, sitosterol, tannins, saponins, citric, ascorbic acid. Renders the spasmolytic, analgeziruyushchy, diuretic, softening, anti-inflammatory and hepatoprotective action.
Antraglikozida, flavonoids, sterols, organic acids are a part of Senna western. Has bile-expelling, anti-toxic, laxative effect. Senna is effective at disturbance of biliation in intestines. Does not change normal function of a small intestine, does not cause a constipation after laxative action (tonic action on a GIT).
The bombway of an ardzhun has diuretic effect, has all-tonic effect.
The tamarisk Gallic has hepatoprotective properties.
The yarrow ordinary contains essential oil, flavonoids, tannins, vitamin K. Causes expansion of bile ducts, increases bile secretion in a duodenum, raises a diuresis, eliminates spastic intestines pain. Tones up the GIT function, has carminative effect. Due to these properties, it is used in gipoatsidny gastritis, a round ulcer of a stomach and duodenum, spastic ulcer colitis, a meteorism, in diseases of a liver and kidneys. Ferrous oxide stimulates a hemopoiesis.
Indications
as a part of complex therapy for prevention and treatment:

to Children is more senior than 6 years on: To 1 tablet 2-3 times a day.
Adult: on 2 tablets 2-3 times a day.
At damage of a liver, owing to alcohol intake
On 2-3 tablets 3 times a day.
Drug is used at meal time.
Duration of treatment is defined by the attending physician.
