The instruction for use Hondrotek Forte of dietary supplement to food is not the medicine Structure 1 capsule contains: glycosamine dipotassium sulfate chloride of 500 mg essential phospholipids of 100 mg ascorbic acid of 2 mg of chondroitin sodium sulfate of 150 mg vitamin E (tocopherol alpha acetate) BF (50%) 50 ME magnesium aluminosilicate hydrate of 5 mg bottled hydroxytoluene of 1 mg talc of 12 mg solid gelatin capsules 00 size, white/white Nutrition value: proteins – 12.9 g / 100 g, fats – 0.3 g / 100 g, carbohydrates – 12.06 g / 100 g. Energy value: 103 kcal (432 kJ) of/100 g. The combined product regulating exchange in cartilaginous tissue. A glycosamine sulfate and chondroitin sulfate take part in biosynthesis of connective tissue, promote prevention of processes of destruction of a cartilage and oppression of persistent inflammation in joint tissues. Introduction of an exogenous glycosamine strengthens development of a cartilaginous matrix and provides nonspecific protection of a cartilage against chemical damage. The glycosamine in the form of sulphatic salt is for cartilage joints a predecessor a hexosemine, and sulfate-anion is necessary for synthesis of glikozaminoglikan. Other function of a glycosamine is protection of the injured cartilage against the metabolic destruction caused by NPVS and state treasury bills and also anti-inflammatory action. A glycosamine sulfate suppresses formation of superoxidic radicals, possesses the structural modifying action, suppresses catabolic processes (tsitokinzavisimy destruction of a cartilage), stimulates anabolic processes (proteoglycan synthesis). A glycosamine sulfate slows down apoptosis of chondrocytes, suppresses nitrogen oxide synthesis that explains analgetic effect. N – acetyl – D – a glycosamine reduces inflammation. Chondroitin the sulfate (received from cartilages of a shark) irrespective of whether it is soaked up in an intact form or in the form of separate components, is additional substrate for formation of a cartilaginous matrix. The essential phospholipids which are a part of drug, being structural units of all cellular membranes, restore structure, barrier and exchange functions of cells of bones and a cartilage. Besides, essential phospholipids promote synthesis of a glycosamine of sulfate in an organism. The scope of Hondrotek® of Forte is an additional source of essential phospholipids, vitamin C and vitamin E. At regular use promotes: – to improvement of a functional condition of a bone and articulate system (reduction of joint pains, improvement of mobility and flexibility of joints) – stimulations of mechanisms of a reparation of cartilaginous tissue. Patients with body weight it is less than 60 kg of recommendation about use: on 1 capsule 3 times a day in 1.5 hours prior to food. Patients with body weight it is higher than 60 kg: on 2 capsules 3 times a day in 1.5 hours prior to food. If within 2 weeks after the beginning of reception of Hondrotek® of Forte there is no significant improvement, to the above-stated dosage add 1 additional capsule on each reception. For example, for the patient weighing over 60 kg the dosage will make 3 capsules 3 times a day. Contraindications Hypersensitivity to product components.
