Pharmacological properties
Antimicrobial means, possesses the action mechanism, other than other chemotherapeutic medicines: microbic flavoproteins, restoring 5 nitrogroup, form the high-reactive amin derivatives capable to cause conformational changes of proteins (including ribosomalny) and other macromolecules, having led to death of cells. It is active concerning gram-positive and gram-negative cocci, (Esherichia coli, Shigella dysenteria spp., Shigella flexneri spp., Shigella boydii spp.,
Shigella sonnei spp., Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Clostridium perfringens, Salmonella spp., etc.).

Stability develops slowly and does not reach high degree. Increases activity of a reticuloendothelial system, strengthens phagocytosis.
