Pharmacological a svoystvapharmakokinetika
At topical administration of Phenylephrinum system absorption low.

Fenilefrin’s pharmacodynamics a hydrochloride represents agonist α1-адренергических receptors (sympathomimetic), having vasoconstrictive effect due to stimulation α1 – receptors in mucous membranes of a nose.
Children of the first year of life have no cavernous fabric of nasal sinks therefore hypostasis of a mucous membrane of a nasal cavity in rhinitis is caused, generally with a krovenapolneniye of superficial arterioles which an alpha 1 adrenomimetik (Phenylephrinum) affect.
Nazol Bebi reduces swelling of mucous membranes and hyperaemia of fabrics, developments of stagnation in a mucous membrane of a nose and also improves passability of nasal airways.
Glycerin has the softening effect on the angry mucous membrane of a nasal cavity and protects it from excessive drying.
Effect of the drug Nazol Bebi comes in 3-5 minutes and about 4-6 hours last.

Indications
For simplification of breath through a nose:

in catarrhal diseases, flu

hay fever or other allergic diseases of the upper airways which are followed by acute rhinitis or sinusitis

acute average otitis (as supportive application for reduction of puffiness of a mucous nasopharynx).

A route of administration and doses
Slightly to squeeze a bottle, holding it upside down.
Children from 2 months to 1 year (under observation of adults): on 1 drop in each nostril, not more often than every 4 hour.
Children from 1 to 2 years (under observation of adults): on 1-2 drop in each nostril, not more often than every 4 hour.
Children from 2 to 6 years (under observation of adults): 2-3 drops in each nostril, not more often than every 4 hour.
To use only in the recommended quantities. After use dry wipe the pipette on a bottle. A course of treatment – no more than 3 days.

Side effect
Is rare:

the increased individual sensitivity to drug ingredients

cardiac arrhythmias, increase in arterial blood pressure

of a disease of a thyroid gland, diabetes

children’s age up to 2 months
Medicinal interactions
not to accept burning, tingling, pricking in the Contraindication nose along with other drugs containing local vasoconstrictive substances. At simultaneous use with inhibitors of a monoaminooxidase (MAO) the potentiation of effects of Phenylephrinum is observed.

The special
instructions Treatment Duration are made by no more than 3 days. Patients have to be informed that if symptoms remain, it is necessary to see a doctor.
To children till 1 year to use on doctor’s orders.

Overdose
Symptoms: disturbances of a warm rhythm, increase in arterial blood pressure, excitement.
Treatment: symptomatic.

A form of release and packing
On 15 ml bottles from mix of polyethylene of low and high density with the twisting cover from polypropylene supplied with a protective ring. the nasal doser from polyethylene of low density, is built in in an upper cone-shaped part of a bottle.
On 10 ml bottles from polyethylene of high density with the twisting cover from polypropylene. The pipette from polypropylene with a rubber cap is built in in a cover.
The bottle together with the instruction for medical use in the state and Russian languages is placed in a pack from cardboard.
