Structure
One tablet contains
active agents: the bile condensed in terms of dry matter or bile of dry 0.08 g, garlic of dried 0.04 g, nettles leaves of 0.005 g, activated carbon of 0.025 g,
kernel excipients: magnesium oxide, potato starch, talc, aerosil (silicon dioxide colloidal), calcium stearate,
cover excipients: sucrose (sakharastvorafinad), magnesium hydroxycarbonate (magnesium carbonate the main), aerosil (silicon dioxide colloidal), titan dioxide (dioxide of the titan), povidone (polyvinylpirrolidone low-molecular medical 12600±2700), talc, beeswax.
The description
of the Tablet, coated white color, is allowed a light specific smell. On cross section two layers, an inside layer of black color with impregnations are visible.

Pharmacological
Combined Means Strengthening Formation of Bile and Bile Acids properties.
Effect of the bile condensed is caused by reflex influence on secretory function of a parenchyma of a liver. The bile condensed strengthens also secretory and motive functions of digestive tract.
The substances which are contained in garlic strengthen secretory and motor function of digestive tract, stimulate biliary secretion.
Nettles leaves have bile-expelling and anti-inflammatory properties.
Activated carbon is the adsorbent connecting toxic substances in digestive tract.
Indications
as a part of complex therapy:
– chronic reactive hepatitis
– a cholangitis
– acalculous (not calculous) cholecystitis
– dyskinesia of biliary tract and/or a gall bladder
– the constipation caused by an intestines atony
the Route of administration and doses
Accept inside after a meal. Adults and children are more senior than 12 years – on 1-2 tablet 3-4 times a day. A course of treatment – 3-4 weeks. At exacerbation of a disease (chronic reactive hepatitis, a cholangitis, acalculous (not calculous) cholecystitis, dyskinesia of biliary tract and/or a gall bladder) accept on 1 tablet 2-3 times a day within 1-2 months.
Repeated courses of treatment carry out with an interval of 3 months.
Before use of drug for children it is necessary to consult with the doctor.
