leaves of a nettle of 5 mg,

a kernel: magnesium oxide, potato starch, talc, silicon dioxide colloidal, calcium stearate,
cover: sucrose, magnesium hydroxycarbonate, silicon dioxide colloidal, titan E 171 dioxide, povidone, talc, tropeolin-0, beeswax.
Description
of the Tablet round, biconvex, coated light yellow color. On cross section three layers are visible: a kernel of gray-black color with impregnations, the center of white color and external light yellow color.

The pharmacological
Pharmacokinetics Allocholum properties is well soaked up in digestive tract. The cholic and chenodesoxycholic acids which are contained in a liver are exposed to metabolism in a liver: conjugate with amino acids, cosecretes in bile from where again it is allocated in intestines, then it reabsorbirutsya partially, the rest is removed with excrements.
The coal activated from intestines is not soaked up and completely removed with stool in 7-10 hours. The coal activated is not toxic, is well removed from an organism. By Kcal after administration of drug it is painted in black color.
Pharmacological parameters of biologically active agents of garlic and leaves of a nettle are not studied in a type of complexity of their structure.
The pharmacodynamics
Bile-expelling (holekinetichesky and holeretichesky) means, reduces processes of rotting and fermentation in intestines. Strengthens secretory function of cells of a liver, reflex increases secretory and physical activity of bodies of a GIT.
The combined means strengthening formation of bile and bile acids.
Effect of bile is caused by reflex influence on secretory function of a parenchyma of a liver. Bile strengthens also secretory and motive function of digestive tract.
The substances which are contained in garlic suppress processes of rotting and fermentation to intestines.
Leaves of a nettle have bile-expelling and anti-inflammatory properties.
The coal activated is the adsorbent connecting toxic substances in digestive tract.

Inside, after a meal. Adults: on 1-2 tablets 3-4 times a day during 3-4 weeks, at aggravation on 1 tablet 2-3 times a day within 1-2 months.
Repeated courses are conducted at an interval of 3 months.
Children from 6 to 12 years on 1 tablet 3 times a day within 10 days, from 12 to 18 years on 1-2 tablets 3 times a day within two weeks.
